The details of that assessment create the foundation for a custom plan designed around the needs and wants of the client and his or her family. The focus of the plan is always to support a client with the services required to maintain his or her dignity and freedom, and to develop a safe environment in the home. Each client is matched with a fully-trained, educated, experienced and insured caregiver most suited to his or her situation. There is no need for a client or family to predetermine the needs of the client, as the assessment will determine what needs are present.
